Napkin Folding Sunset Sailing This design resembles the fan of a peacock's tail. Fold a square napkin in half from top to bottom so that the fold is at the top. Fold the right-hand edge over to meet the left-hand one as shown. Keeping a finger on the centre of the bottom layer, pull over the top layer of the bottom left-hand corner to from a triangle. Turn the napkin over the top and pull over the top layer of the bottom right-hand corner to form a triangle. Fold the triangle in half and fan out the four points that have formed underneath, spacing them evenly. Place on a plate with the points facing upwards.
