Taste of Thailand

Thai food is world renowned for its rich variety. Whether mild or spicy, sweet or sour, the tantalising aromas of the cuisine are part of the fascinating cultural life of Thailand.

Amari Hotels & Resorts, with properties throughout the Kingdom of Thailand, has introduced a Taste of Thailand program, offering the opportunity to visit different regions and to learn the skills of this rich culinary heritage.

This program is available for groups of ten or more and each itinerary can be scheduled to individual group requirements, and is a great way for friends, family and colleagues to get together, bond or just have fun and learn a new skill.

A typical program would be based on stays in Bangkok, Chiang Mai and either Pattaya, Samui or Phuket and would include :

• Cooking classes

• All ingredients and tuition

• A bottle of  'Chateau de Loei' - Thai white wine

• A presentation folder with recipes and menu suggestions

• Guidelines on Thai ingredients and utensils

• An Amari apron with Thai recipe

• A Booklet on vegetables and fruits

• A Certificate for course attendance

• A Farewell Dinner Party

Prices for the cooking programme are dependent on the size of the group and itinerary chosen.
